We at Miadiamante Foods and Beverages Private Limited carrying out its operations under the trade name Independence Brewing Company (“IBC”) strive for complete customer satisfaction. If there is any problem with your order, we want to hear about it. Please read the below policy to understand about our replacement/refund/ exchange policies. No return/refund/exchange will be offered on items that have been delivered without any damages.
Any complaint, with respect to the order placed in respect of our craft beers or food items (referred to as “Product(s)”) which shall include instances but not be limited to Products spillage, foreign objects in Products, delivery of the wrong order or Products, poor quality, etc. shall be intimated to the support team at the earliest via email or contacting at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be required to share evidence such as a photo or video to the support team to prove your claim before any resolution can be provided.
If the support team deems such claim to be valid, a replacement for the Product shall be provided in such reasonable time from the receipt of such complaint and the support team shall inform the customer/consumer regarding the expected time of delivery. However, if such product is unavailable for replacement, a refund amount shall be refunded within a period of seven  days from placement of order.
All refunds shall be processed in the same manner as they are received, unless refunds have been provided to you in the form of credits. The refund amount will reflect in your account based on your respective banks policies. No cash refund shall be provided.
In certain cases, you may be required to provide, or to return the unopened sealed and/or corked neck bottles to receive a replacement or refund as the case maybe.
Cancellations from the customer/consumer’s end are possible only in case of drinks ordered within 15 minutes of placing your order. However, it will not be possible to cancel your order after the expiry of 15 minutes from the time of placement of the order. The Company reserves the right to cancel any order placed by a customer/consumer due to non-availability of the product and same will be intimated to the customer/consumer within a reasonable time.
All refunds for a successfully canceled order will be made only in the form of store credit and will be processed after confirmation of cancellation within seven  days from confirmation of cancellation.
