We are Miadiamante Foods and Beverages Private Limited (MFBPL) carrying out its operations under the trade name Independence Brewing Company “IBC” by virtue of an agreement with Independence Brewing Company Pvt. Ltd. which was founded in 2011.
2. Do you supply in wholesale to restaurants/bars/cafes and shops?
No. Independence Brewing Company Pvt. Ltd. Directly supply to restaurants. MFBPL serves Products manufactured by Independence Brewing Company Pvt. Ltd. In its restaurants and also fills beer growlers for sale.
3. Where does IBC provide delivery?
We provide delivery within the local city limits of Mumbai and Pune between 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
4. How many outlets of IBC are currently operational and what are the timings?
Four outlets - Operational Timing: 11:00 AM to 1:30 AM IBC – Versova, Mumbai IBC – Powai, Mumbai IBC – Balewadi, Pune IBC – Kalyani Nagar, Pune

8. What is a microbrewery?
A microbrewery specializes in manufacture of Craft Beer. It can be located inside a restaurant or stand alone.
9. What is the difference between Commercial and Craft Beer? And what separates us from other Craft Breweries?
Well, to put it blatantly it’s like comparing a Mule to a Horse!
There are five key parameters that separate Craft Beer from IBC and Commercial Beers!
Here's what separates us from the other Craft Breweries:
We import the best malts, hops & flavours from across the globe to match the best International standard/quality and taste, while the others use cheaper local substitutes and comprise on the sheer quality. Add to this fact that others use outdated equipment that again compromises the output and desired taste.
We have our own R&D Labs (a first in the category) which helps us produce classy new Craft Beers, that we launch on a regular basis.

10. How long does it take to brew a batch of beer?
The brewing process only takes less than a day, but aside from that it takes time to ferment and condition. This is around 2 weeks for ales and almost a month for lagers. The Beer is chilled to 3 degrees centigrade and supplied in kegs to restaurants to serve it at 6 degrees centigrade. Craft Beers are fresh and healthy and does not have any chemical preservatives.
11. What are the ingredients typically used in brewing beer?
a) Malt or Malted Barley or Malted wheat etc. each imparting different colours, flavours and aromas b) Hops that provides the bitterness as well as aromas in the beer. There are multiple strains of hops each with a different flavor and aroma profile. c) Yeast which is responsible for the fermentation as well as for imparting certain flavours and aromas. d) Purest possible RO water
12. What is the legal age to purchase, order and consume beer from your store in Maharashtra?
The legal drinking age in the State of Maharashtra is 21 years, with liquor permit.
13. What are the modes of payment accepted against the invoices raised for the orders made?
We accept major credit or debit cards, UPI and wallets.
14. When shall I receive the invoice and/or receipt of confirmation of my order?
After placement of the order, we shall send you the order confirmation message. Invoice will be delivered along with order.
15. What are the Delivery charges?
We charge Rs. 100/- towards the deliveries within 10 km.
16. What is the estimated time of delivery? Can I schedule a delivery?
We will try to deliver the order in 60 minutes within the 10 KM subject to favorable condition. We are currently not providing the option for scheduled delivery.
17. How do I track my delivery?
Log in to your account via the mobile application or website to check the status of your deliveries. You may check the status by choosing View Order from the profile's drop-down menu.
18. My delivery isn’t here yet?
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unfavorable environmental conditions, and if they should expect any delays, the same will be conveyed on the contact number mentioned during the placement of the order.

19. There’s an error with my delivery?
In certain cases, such as defective or wrong goods, you may be required to provide evidence of the issue, such as a photo or video, or to return the item to receive a refund. 20. How can we modify and change the order and/or cancel the same and whether there are cancellation charges applicable to it?
The order alterations are subject to product specification, availability, and other operational limitations. If you wish to cancel or alter the order within 15 minutes from placing the order. For more details, you may refer to the Terms of Service available on our Website, we shall refund your money. For more details refer to our Refund Policy available on our E-Platform. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any cancellations or changes.
21. What is the procedure for change of the delivery address and/or date for my order?
Inform us of the change in the delivery address, talk to our support staff by contacting on +91 8484820391 The same shall be facilitated only if the new delivery address is within the reasonable distance, but not exceeding a radius of 1 km from the original delivery address. If not, then you can cancel the said order and opt for rescheduling your delivery.
22. When can I expect to receive the refund of my payment made towards the order made?
All sales are final and no refund will be issued. In case of Wrong product delivered, we can collect the wrong delivered product and provide you with the right order. Return Beer should be more than 70% of the order delivered.
The paid orders cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order. The refund is duly initiated from our end within 24 hours; however, it may take 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending upon the source of payment. This time is entirely dependent upon the source of the payment and we have no control over it. In case you do not receive funds beyond this timeline, you may always feel free to contact us and we will share a bank transaction reference number which can be used to trace the transaction.
23. What happens when the order didn't get placed, but the amount got debited?
We typically get an update every 60 minutes from our payment partners for the status of a transaction. If the payment has been successfully captured and credited to us, we process the order accordingly.
Sometimes it could take up to a maximum of 24 hours for the payment partners to provide us an update, however, as soon as we have the status, we update your order information accordingly.
If the payment was debited from your account, however, not successfully captured at our end, it is a failed transaction and is generally reversed within 7 business days from such failed transaction. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we, unfortunately won’t be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
24. Is an Adult Signature Required?
We need to see Valid I-card proof while delivering the order.
25. What is the procedure to log in into the account created, when you are unable to do so?
Please check the combination of the registered email address and password you used to create an account with us. In case you continue to face issues, please get in touch with our customer service.
26. What is the procedure to reset the account password?
Please use the Forgot password option readily available on the E-Platform and enter your registered email address to receive a password reset link to your email inbox. From there you can easily set up a new password.
